Delivery Options

All orders are shipped from within the EU using trusted couriers. Your parcel will be delivered to the exact address provided at checkout — please double-check details so your package finds you with ease.

If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.

Delivery Times

Orders are packed with care and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery times vary slightly depending on the product’s origin and destination:

• EU fulfilment: 3 – 14 business days
• International fulfilment (including Asia): 2 – 4 weeks depending on location

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Some items in your order may arrive separately, as we work with multiple partner studios and suppliers to bring you the lightest, most beautiful selections for fine hair.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.

Every parcel is prepared with care and sent directly to you — no extra costs, no surprises.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

No hidden fees — duties and taxes are already included in your checkout price for EU orders. For shipments outside the EU, additional charges may apply depending on your local regulations.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at support@cherefine.com and we’ll track it down for you. In the rare case of loss, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the box and contents. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund swiftly — your softness is safe with us.

Multiple-item Orders

Some Chère Fine items ship from different studios or partners, so if you’ve ordered more than one product, your treasures may arrive in separate parcels. Each will be carefully tracked and on its way to you as soon as it’s ready.
