Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind.

Process

  1. Email us at support@cherefine.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Replacements

If you received the wrong item or a faulty product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost once your claim is approved.
