Has my order been processed?
Every completed order generates a confirmation email. If it hasn’t arrived, please double-check your email address, and peek into spam/promotions just in case. Still missing? Reach us at hello@cherefine.com and we’ll resend it.
Why have I not received my order confirmation?
It may be due to a typo in your email, or the email slipping into spam. If you can’t find it, we’re happy to confirm your order for you.
Can I add a product to my order?
Once an order is placed, we can’t add or swap items. If you’d like something else, the easiest way is to place a new order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us straight away with your order number. If it has already left, we’ll guide you through next steps.
What’s my tracking number?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. If you can’t find it, email us and we’ll send it again.
I’m missing an item / received the wrong one. What do I do?
Email hello@cherefine.com with your order number, a quick photo of what you received, and we’ll sort it out immediately.

Chère Fine works with trusted suppliers and studios across Europe and beyond.
Some items ship from within the EU, while others come from our international partner studios (such as in China).
We currently deliver across Europe and are gradually opening to select international regions.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all regions.
Every order includes tracked delivery — already reflected in the product prices, so there are no surprises at checkout.

How do I know when my order is shipped?
We’ll send you an email the moment your order leaves our warehouse, along with your tracking link.

Yes — every parcel comes with tracking. The link will be in your shipping confirmation email.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on where your order is fulfilled.
EU orders: usually arrive within 5–14 business days.
International or partner studio orders: may take 2–4 weeks.

Customs, duties & taxes
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All duties and taxes are already included — so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
My order has been damaged. What do I do?
Take a quick photo of the parcel and items, then email hello@cherefine.com. We’ll replace or refund as soon as possible.
What if my package is lost or stolen in transit?
Contact us if your tracking shows unusual delays or delivery without receipt. We’ll work with the courier to resolve it and ensure you receive your order.
Will all my items arrive together?
Some items are shipped from different studios or partners, which means your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Each will be carefully packaged and tracked until it reaches you safely.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because of hygiene and logistics, we can only accept returns of items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Can I return if I simply change my mind?
We aren’t able to accept change-of-mind returns. This ensures every product you receive is fresh, safe, and truly yours.
How do refunds work?
If your item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method once confirmed.

Is everything from Chère Fine vegan?
Most of our products are vegan, and all Chère Fine–formulated items are 100% vegan, reef-safe, and cruelty-free.
Some partner or affiliate pieces may contain silk or other natural ingredients — we’ll always note this clearly on each product page so you can choose what feels right for you.

Our north star is “feels like nothing.” Each product is tested for breathability, clean slip, and touchable movement.
